Items you have purchased on our site, except special orders, can be returned within 14 days after reception of your order, either for an exchange or for a refund.
Returns are at the customer’s expense and in the case of a refund it will only be processed after verification by our service.
The article should be in perfect condition with its label and must not have been washed or greased.
A 10% restocking fee will be apply for every item returned.
The refund will be processed within 10 working days.
If however the error was due to our shipping service, we will assume all the costs of returning and re-shipping.
Special orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
DELIVERY:
Items are usually shipped within 72 hours of purchase. However, if the item is no longer in stock, you will be quickely informed. An additional delay of 10 working days is usually required. Note that some personalized item will need an extra delay of up to 12 weeks.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post.
